Thank God for dirty dishes;

They have a tale to tell.

While other folks go hungry,

We're eating very well.

With home and health, and happiness

CO 40 sts.
Knit 2 rows garter stitch
1.K2, *(K2tog)3 times, (yo, k1) 6 times, (k2tog)3 times*, repeat from * to * one more time, k2.
2.K across
3. K across
4. K2, purl 36, k2
Repeat rows 1-4 until cloth is as wide as you like it.  K 2 more rows garter stitch and bind off.
I used a Peaches and Cream variegated pink and white.   The tan cloth is a biased knit cloth and the brick pattern is the Elmore-Pisgah Ball Band Cloth.
